Teriyaki Beef Kabobs
|Packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Boneless steak||1 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes|
In bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and oil; add steak.
If desired, cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
On four 9 or 10-inch wooden skewers, alternately thread steak, tomatoes and green pepper.
Arrange skewers on 8-inch square baking dish.
Cook at MEDIUM 7 to 9 minutes.
