Mushrooms In Lebanese Spices

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 12 Ounce, thickly sliced (400 Gram)
  Cinnamon stick 3⁄4
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh parsley/Coriander/cilantro 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped mint leaves 2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Black pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Crush cinnamon, clove and coriander seeds in a mortar and pestle.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan.
Add the mushrooms and 1 tsp of freshly ground spices.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Store the remaining spice mixture).
Stir in lemon juice, the herbs, salt and pepper.
Cook for 1 more minute.
