Oriental Style Celery

Ingredients
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into diagonal slices
  Oyster mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Miniature corn 8 , diced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a large frying pan or wok, heat oil.
Cook celery 2 minutes or so.
Add oyster mushrooms, corn and garlic.
Stir fry 1 minute or so.
Fold in chicken broth.
Continue cooking 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
In a small bowl, dilute cornstarch in cold water.
Fold into mixture in pan.
Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
Continue cooking until sauce thickens.
