Shish Kabobs

Ingredients
  Leg of lamb/Shoulder 2 Pound, cubed
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to BROIL.
In a shallow dish, combine all ingredients.
Marinate meat 6 hours.
Remove meat from marinade.
Pat dry.
Thread cubes onto skewers.
Roast in oven 8-10 minutes or until meat is nicely browned.
Rotate shish kabobs 4 times during cooking.
