Pineapple-Peach Sherbet

This Pineapple Peach Sherbet is a wonderful summer cooler ! I feel so invigorated by a glass of this very delicious concoction. Please don't miss out on this Pineapple Peach Sherbet and tell me if you agree with me !
Ingredients
  Peach 1 Medium, quartered
  Canned pineapple slices 2 Small (Canned In Its Own Juice)
  Juice 2 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Equal 1/4 Cup Sugar)
  Raspberry extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Puree peach, pineapple, and pineapple juice in blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
Transfer to ice-cube tray (without dividers) and freeze fruit mixture about 30 minutes, or until the texture of water ices, not frozen into a block.
Use immediately or beat and return to freezer.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving.
If mixture freezes into a block, beat lightly.
Serve in 2 stemmed wine glasses, to be licked from a spoon or sipped from a straw or serve in little lettuce leaf cups as a fruit course.
