Giant Beef-Lobster Kebabs
|Top sirloin steak/Top round steak||2 Pound, cut in 2-inch cubes|
|Frozen lobster tails||1 1⁄2 Pound, split lengthwise and thawed (About 3 Pieces)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Thread skewers alternating beef cubes with lobster.
An attractive way to do this is to wrap the lobster tail around a piece of beef and thread the skewer through the thick end of lobster tail, the beef cube, then the other end of the lobster tail.
You can put three of these combinations onto each long skewer.
Grill over hot coals for 8 to 12 minutes, or until lobster flakes and beef is done to your liking.
Baste while cooking with a mixture of the wine, salad oil, and lemon juice.
