Ingredients
  Egg white 1
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Put melon pieces, egg white, sugar, and lime juice into an electric blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.
2. Turn into a shallow baking dish. Set in freezer; stir occasionally during freezing.
