1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Handful Of)
2 (Few Threads)
1 Tablespoon (Few Pieces)
1 Liter (Equal To 4 Cups Milk)
Heat oil in a pan and add cloves and cardamom to it. Fry them and remove from the flame.
Add almonds and other nuts.
Add vermicellli. Mix everything together.
Roast it for 2 minutes and then add. The vermicelli should have a dark brown color.
Add milk, sugar and safforn. Mix it well and simmer on slow fire for 15-20 minutes.
Sheer khurma is ready.
