Beef And Vegetable Kabobs

Beef and vegetable kebabs made with a savory soy sauce marinade and cooked on the grill. Prepared with sirloin tip roast and veggies like onions, tomatoes and green pepper, the beef and vegetable kebabs also have mushrooms in them and are great as a side or as appetizers.
Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sirloin tip roast 2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Onions 6 Small
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Large, cut into 1 inch pieces
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large shallow container.
Add meat; cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours.
Parboil onions 3 to 5 minutes; drain.
Remove meat from marinade; bring marinade to a boil.
Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
Grill kabobs over medium coals 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting often with marinade.
