Beef And Vegetable Kabobs
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sirloin tip roast||2 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes|
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Large, cut into 1 inch pieces|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large shallow container.
Add meat; cover and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours.
Parboil onions 3 to 5 minutes; drain.
Remove meat from marinade; bring marinade to a boil.
Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
Grill kabobs over medium coals 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting often with marinade.
