Ingredients
  Flour 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dry yeast 1
  Lukewarm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Make a well in flour; pour in yeast mixture plus 2 cups warm water and 1/4 lb.
melted butter.
Knead for 5 minutes, cover in bowl and let rise 3 hours.
Punch down, divide into 8 pieces, cover and let rest.
Take one piece and divide into 8.-Run through #1 setting on Pasta Machine, occasionally flouring and folding over.
Run through #1setting, #5 setting, then cut each in half.
Run through #6 setting and arrange on cookie sheets.
Bake in 475° oven until brown spots appear
