This Wild Rice Tabbouleh is one of the best rice salads that I've ever known. I have this savory rice with a plethora of vegetables and seasonings as it is, but you can have it as a side course with meat or any other suitable dish ! Just try this Wild Rice Tabbouleh and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Cooked wild rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned garbanzo beans 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Minced fresh parsley 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Minced fresh mint leaves 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 , chopped
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 1 week.
Toss and serve over lettuce leaves.
