Wild Rice Tabbouleh
This Wild Rice Tabbouleh is one of the best rice salads that I've ever known. I have this savory rice with a plethora of vegetables and seasonings as it is, but you can have it as a side course with meat or any other suitable dish ! Just try this Wild Rice Tabbouleh and let me know if you like it !
|Cooked wild rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Canned garbanzo beans||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Minced fresh parsley||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Minced fresh mint leaves||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green onions||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||3 , chopped|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 1 week.
Toss and serve over lettuce leaves.
