Oriental Seafood Stir Fry

  Onion 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Imitation crab blend 1⁄2 Pound, flaked
  Pea pods 2 Ounce (Fresh)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon (From Concentrate, Realemon)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Diced red bell pepper 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Combine water, ReaLemon® brand, soy sauce, sugar find cornstarch in small bowl.
In large skillet or wok, over medium-high heat, cook and stir vegetables in oil until tender-crisp; remove.
Add soy mixture; over medium heat, cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Add vegetables and crab blend; heat through.
