Oriental Seafood Stir Fry
|Onion||1 Medium, cut into wedges|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Imitation crab blend||1⁄2 Pound, flaked|
|Pea pods||2 Ounce (Fresh)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon (From Concentrate, Realemon)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Diced red bell pepper||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine water, ReaLemon® brand, soy sauce, sugar find cornstarch in small bowl.
In large skillet or wok, over medium-high heat, cook and stir vegetables in oil until tender-crisp; remove.
Add soy mixture; over medium heat, cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Add vegetables and crab blend; heat through.
