Oriental Oranges With Yogurt
|Fresh squeezed lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Low fat natural yogurt||125 Milliliter|
|Oranges||2 , peeled and segmented|
|Lime rind||2 Teaspoon, cut into thin strips|
|Orange rind||2 Teaspoon, cut into thin strips|
|Caster sugar||30 Gram|
|Red grapes||3 Bunch (300 gm) (Or 4 Small Bunch)|
|Freshly squeezed orange juice||60 Milliliter|
|Canned pineapple rings||8 , drained and halved (In Natural Juice)|
|Mint sprigs||4 (For Garnish)|
In a small saucepan, heat the sugar, orange juice and lime juice until simmering.
Add the lime and orange rind, cook for 5 minutes, remove syrup from heat.
Arrange the pineapple and orange segments on each of 4 serving plates and pour a tablespoon of syrup over each serving of fruit.
