Oriental Oranges With Yogurt

Ingredients
  Fresh squeezed lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Low fat natural yogurt 125 Milliliter
  Oranges 2 , peeled and segmented
  Lime rind 2 Teaspoon, cut into thin strips
  Orange rind 2 Teaspoon, cut into thin strips
  Caster sugar 30 Gram
  Red grapes 3 Bunch (300 gm) (Or 4 Small Bunch)
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 60 Milliliter
  Canned pineapple rings 8 , drained and halved (In Natural Juice)
  Mint sprigs 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

In a small saucepan, heat the sugar, orange juice and lime juice until simmering.
Add the lime and orange rind, cook for 5 minutes, remove syrup from heat.
Arrange the pineapple and orange segments on each of 4 serving plates and pour a tablespoon of syrup over each serving of fruit.
