Banana Kofta

These Banana Koftas are a desire. A class apart from the normal vegetable koftas the sweetish fruity taste of these banana dumplings are sure to mesmerize you. Try out your pasta or rice dishes with these Banana Koftas and let me know if you like them.
Ingredients
  Green chili 1 , chopped fine
  Tomato 1 Large
  Ginger 2 , ground
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 4
  Curry 1 Tablespoon (Any Basic Variety)
  Bananas 3 (Unripe)
  Ghee 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For greasing) (Optional)
Directions

Boil the bananas in their skins.
Boil the tomato separately.
Mash both thoroughly while still hot.
Mix all the ingredients and make into twelve koftas.
If the mixture is too sticky, apply some ghee to your hand while making the koftas.
Put them into hot curry ten minutes before serving.
