|Green chili||1 , chopped fine|
|Ginger||2 , ground|
|Curry||1 Tablespoon (Any Basic Variety)|
|Ghee||1⁄2 Teaspoon (For greasing) (Optional)|
Boil the bananas in their skins.
Boil the tomato separately.
Mash both thoroughly while still hot.
Mix all the ingredients and make into twelve koftas.
If the mixture is too sticky, apply some ghee to your hand while making the koftas.
Put them into hot curry ten minutes before serving.
