Potato Kofta

These Potato Koftas will make you crave for more if you just taste them once ! Try out rice dishes with these potato balls.Feel free to share your opinion about these Potato Koftas with me !
Ingredients
  Potatoes 250 Gram, boiled
  Green chili 1 , chopped fine
  Pomegranate seed powder 1 Teaspoon
  Bread slice 1 , soaked
  Coriander leaves 4
  Caraway seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cardamom powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Curry 1 Teaspoon (Any Basic Variety)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (for deep frying)
Directions

Peel the potatoes and mash them while still hot.
Mix all the ingredients.
Shape into koftas and deep fry.
Just before serving, pour hot curry over them.
