|Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Lamb||1 Pound, cut in 1 inch cubes|
|Fresh mushrooms||4 Large|
Combine olive oil, corn syrup, lemon juice, savory and thyme in 1 quart measure.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stir in lamb cubes.
Marinate at least four hours or overnight.
Alternate lamb cubes and vegetables on each of 4 skewers.
Lay carefully on roasting rack.
MICROWAVE 8 to 10 MINUTES on '6', or until lamb is desired degree of doneness.
