Easy Shami Kebab

Shami Kebab has a yummy taste. Shami Kebab gets its taste form mutton mixed with eggs and flavored with spices. Shami Kebab is cherished by many people.
  Mutton 500 Gram, minced
  Eggs 2
  Onion 1 Medium
  Green chilly 5
  Bengal gram 100
  Garlic pods 10
  Cumin seed 1 Teaspoon
  Cardamoms 4
  Cinnamon piece 1 Inch
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Pepper 6
  Red chilies 4
  Clarified butter 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Ghee, Use as needed for deep frying)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)

Boil minced meat in 3 cups of water and a teaspoonful of salt till water is absorbed and meat is tender.
Then grind meat into a fine paste.
Take garlic, cumin seeds, cardamoms, cinnamon, ginger, peppercorns, red chilies and soaked Bengal gram (channa) and grind into a fine paste.
Mix both the pastes well.
Now mix well beaten eggs and prepare a uniform dough.
Add finely chopped green chilies and onion to dough and mix well.
Shape the dough into small round flattened balls or kebabs.
Heat ghee and deep fry kebabs till golden brown and lightly crispy.
