Cut some sirloin beef into strips.
In a dish mix 1/2 tbsp rice wine, 3 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp molasses.
Then, add 6 tbsp soy sauce, 3 cloves minced garlic, 3 tbsp sesame oil and a dash of pepper. Add 3 tbsp scallion as well.
Add to the beef, mix well and cover. Marinate for an hour or overnight if possible.
Cook the meat quickly in a hot pan.
At the end of cooking add some sliced mushrooms and onions.
Serve with rice over a bed of fresh lettuce leaves.
