I like tofu and keep trying new recipes out of it. I like it spicy and full of taste. Try out this recipe of mine.
3 Cup (48 tbs), diced
3 Tablespoon (Mama Sita'S)
1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
1 Teaspoon, mixed with water or soup stock
1 Teaspoon, mixed with corn starch
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced (For Garnish)
Heat oil and add ginger, garlic and saute until brown. Add Mama Sita's oyster sauce, sugar, pepper and cornstarch.
Add tofu and sesame oil. Stir it well and cook until sauce thickens.
Remove the tofu in a serving dish and garnish with spring onion.
