Filipino Labong Na May Saluyot

Enjoy a simple recipe made with greens. This recipe has bamboo shoots also. You should try and you will soon develop a taste for this dish.
Ingredients
  Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Fresh labong 1⁄2 Kilogram, washed and cut into thin slices (Bamboo Shoots)
  Bamboo shoots 1⁄2 Kilogram, washed and cut into thin slices (Fresh Labong)
  Saluyot leaves 60 Gram, washed and cut into small pieces
  Pang gisa saute mix 10 Gram (1 Pouch, Mama Sita'S)
  Bagoong isda To Taste
Directions

Combine water and bamboo shoots and bring it boil until shoots are tender.
Add saluyot leaves and Mama Sita's pang gisa mix. Stir and season it with fish sauce.
Cover it and let it cook for sometime.
Transfer the dish in a serving bowl and enjoy.
