5 Cup (80 tbs)
1⁄2 Kilogram, washed and cut into thin slices (Bamboo Shoots)
1⁄2 Kilogram, washed and cut into thin slices (Fresh Labong)
60 Gram, washed and cut into small pieces
Pang gisa saute mix
10 Gram (1 Pouch, Mama Sita'S)
Combine water and bamboo shoots and bring it boil until shoots are tender.
Add saluyot leaves and Mama Sita's pang gisa mix. Stir and season it with fish sauce.
Cover it and let it cook for sometime.
Transfer the dish in a serving bowl and enjoy.
