This is another simple and healthy recipe for you. It doesn't need much ingredients and results in wonderful dish.
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
1 , sliced
2 , chopped
2 Tablespoon (Mama Sitas)
10 Bunch (1000 gm), washed
Heat a pan and add oil, Fry tofu until golden brown.
Drain excess oil. Cut the tofu in 1/2 inch pieces.
Heat some oil in another pan. Add garlic, onion and tomato to it.
Cook until the vegetables are soft.
Add fried tofu, oyster sauce, bok choy.
Cover the pan and cook until bok choy is done.
