Ingredients
  Oil/Ghee 6 Tablespoon
  Mutton 250 Gram, washed and drained
  Shelled peas/1 capsicum chopped 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cloves 5
  Cinnamon 1 (1 Inch)
  Peppercorns 5
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Tomatoes 2 Large, chopped
  Garlic flakes 6 , chopped
  Ginger 1 , chopped (1/2 Inch)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garam masala powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash the mince in a strainer.
Press to drain out the water well.
Heat oil/ghee in a pressure cooker.
Add cloves, stick cinnamon and peppercorns.
Fry for 1 minute.
Add chopped onions, stir fry till onions turn golden brown in colour.
Add ginger garlic, tomatoes and all masalas.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add keema.
Fry very well till oil separates.
Add peas.
Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Close the pressure cooker and give 3 whistles.
Open the cooker when the pressure drops.
Serve hot.
