Spicy Beef Satay

Ingredients
  Boneless steak 1 Pound, cut into thin strips (450 Gram)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Curry paste 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame paste 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Dry sherry 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Vegetable oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
Directions

1 Combine steak with soy sauce and sesame oil. Marinate 15 minutes.
2 Thread three to four slices on each satay stick. Leave 3/4 inch (2 cm) at the pointed end of stick without meat. A thin strip of foil can be wound around the blunt end of each stick to decorate
3 Combine curry paste, sesame paste and sherry. Spread thinly over beef. Brush with oil and cook under a preheated broiler 1-2 minutes on each side.
