Kashmiri Koftas has a fine taste. Kashmiri Koftas gets its taste from mutton shaped in ball cooked with spices. Kashmiri Koftas is inspired by many food joints across world.
Ingredients
  Lamb 750 Gram (Mutton)
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Fennel seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 4
  Cardamom 2
  Cinnamon 1 (1 Inch)
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Pepper powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind to smooth paste in a food processor all the ingredients, adding a little yoghurt and ghee from time to time till all of it is used up.
Make balls/koftas with the paste.
Heat oil and fry the Koftas.
Put in favourite gravy.
