Pinoy Eggplant In Oyster Sauce

This dish is fully for vegetarians. But all of us will love it. It is so amazingly simple and delicious.
Ingredients
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggplant 450 Gram (Medium Sized, Unpeeled And Cut In Strips)
  Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Mama Sitas)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon (Dissolved In Water)
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Heat oil in a pan and fry eggplant. Fry them until golden brown.
In another pan, heat oil and fry garlic until brown.
Add eggplant, cornstarch and stir well.
Let it and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Remove it in a serving dish and garnish with green onion.
