  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs) (For Blanch Vegetables)
  Chinese cabbage 750 Gram, cut in pieces
  Oyster sauce 6 Tablespoon (Mama Sitas)

Boil water and boil Chinese cabbage until cooked. Do not over cook.
Drain it and pour Mama Sita's oyster sauce and serve.
