This is dish made from banana blosssom. You can try this for a light snack at coffee.
1 , chopped
4 Clove (20 gm), chopped
1 , washed and chopped and squeezed
2 , beaten
1 Tablespoon, chopped
3 Tablespoon (Mama Sitas)
1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)
Heat oil, add garlic and onion. Saute and add banana blossom.
Saute until banana is cooked.
Add Mama Sita's oyster sauce. Stir well.
Remove mixture in a bowl and add eggs, spring onions, mix it well.
In another pan, heat oil and put a tbsp mixture and fry until golden brown.
Serve with chili sauce.
