1⁄2 , sliced
1 Clove (5 gm)
Red bell pepper
100 Gram, cut into strips
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1⁄2 Kilogram, stringed and cut into half
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Heat oil in a wok and add garlic, onion, red pepper. Saute it.
Add water, Mama Sita's oyster sauce and honey. Stir it.
Bring it to boil. Add green beans.
Cover it and simmer for 3 minutes.
Contitnue cooking until sauce thickens.
Garnish with roasted peanuts. Serve hot.
