Kebabs are a widely eaten snack and side dish. Different people make it using different recipes, like this one.
300 Gram (Keema)
1⁄4 , chopped
Ginger garlic paste
Red chili powder
1 Large, chopped
1 , julienned cut
Grind kheema, onion, potatoes, chili and ginger garlic paste. Add red chili powder, pepper and salt.
Mix the kheema well. Make sausages of the meat.
Heat oil and pan fry them. When done drain excess oil.
Put the strainer on open flame to give it a smoky barbecue taste.
To make gravy add oil to a pan. Add cumin, ginger, onions and stir for few minutes.
Add red chili, pepper and salt. Mix it.
Add tomatoes, cover and cook.
Add ketchup and mix it well.
Add the smoked kebabs into the gravy. Cover it for few minutes.
Garnish with ginger, coriander and chili.
