Chicken Tangri Kebab has an amazing taste. Chicken Tangri Kebab gets its taste from chicken mixed garam masala and flavored with lemon juice. Chicken Tangri Kebab is inspired by many food joints across the globe.
Ingredients
  Chicken leg pieces 2
  Curd 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilly 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
  Edible orange color 3 Drop
Directions

Clean and wash the chicken pieces and make small slits on them.
Marinate the chicken in curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, red chilly powder and salt.
Keep for 3-4 hours.
Put the leg pieces onto the skewers and grill until thin crust develops.
Season with lemon juice and chat masala before serving.
