|Basmati rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Garlic ginger paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Coriander leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cut each egg into 2 halves to make 8 egg halves.
Also chop the chillies and onions into small pieces.
Put some oil in a pan, heat it and then add cinnamon, cloves, ginger garlic paste, chillies and onions.
Fry for 3 mins.
Add rice to the pan along with the water, eggs, turmeric powder and salt.
Cook on high flame till the water reaches boiling point and then cover with lid and simmer on low heat till done.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
