Vegetable Seekh Kabab has a great taste. Vegetable Seekh Kabab gets its taste from vegetable mixed with garam masala and chili powder. Vegetable Seekh Kabab is loved by many people worldwide.
Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carrots 3 Tablespoon
  Beans 3 Tablespoon
  Peas 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Bread slices 4
  Lemon juice/1 teaspoon amchoor 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped coriander leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (A Handful)
  Chopped green coriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (A Handful)
  Green chilies 3
  Color 1 Pinch (Use Red/Orange)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (For Frying)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mash potatoes with all the vegetables.
Mix in all the other ingredients.
Take a little mixture on your palm and press into long kebabs on the toothpick.
Shallow fry the kebabs on a frying pan with a little oil.
Fry till golden brown.
