Vegetable Seekh Kabab

|Potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice/1 teaspoon amchoor||1 Teaspoon|
|Garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Red chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped coriander leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (A Handful)|
|Chopped green coriander||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (A Handful)|
|Color||1 Pinch (Use Red/Orange)|
|Oil||2 Tablespoon (For Frying)|
Mash potatoes with all the vegetables.
Mix in all the other ingredients.
Take a little mixture on your palm and press into long kebabs on the toothpick.
Shallow fry the kebabs on a frying pan with a little oil.
Fry till golden brown.
