Yam Kofta

These Yam Koftas are yummy ! Try them out with your rice dishes and you'll not stop wanting them over and over again. Tell me what you think about these Yam Koftas.
Ingredients
  Yam 250 Gram
  Caraway seed powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cardamom powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Potato 1 Large
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chili 1 , chopped fine
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon, roasted and powdered
  Bread slice 1 , soaked
  Curry 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Any Basic)
Directions

Cut the yam into small pieces and boil.
Boil the potato separately.
Squeeze out the water from the bread.
When the yam and potato have cooled, mash them, add the spices, salt and bread.
Shape the mixture into koftas and deep fry them.
Just before serving pour hot curry over them.
