|Poppy seeds||1 Tablespoon|

|Soya sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the other ingredients, except oil.
Make flattened balls with this mixture using your hands.
