|Minced meat||1⁄2 Kilogram|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh coriander||5 Tablespoon|
|Red chili powder||To Taste|
|Turmeric powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garam masala||1 Teaspoon|
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Poppy seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic ginger paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Soya sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the other ingredients, except oil.
Make flattened balls with this mixture using your hands.
Shallow fry the kebabs until crisp from both sides.
