Skewered Beef And Vegetables Kabobs

Ingredients
  Sirloin steak cubes 16 (Each 1 Inch)
  Green pepper square 16
  Mushroom caps 12 Large
  White onions 8 Small
  Bottled italian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Use 8 inch wood or bamboo skewers.
Thread meat and vegetables alternately on skewers, starting and ending with a meat cube.
Fill 4 skewers.
Lay 4 kabobs across shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Blend remaining ingredients, brush over kabobs.
Cook in oven 4 minutes.
Roll kabobs over, baste; cook 1 minute for rare, 2 minutes for medium, 3 minutes for well done.
