Lebanese Lamb Shish Kebab

Ingredients
  Boneless lamb 8 Ounce, cut into 3/4 pieces (250 Gram)
  Onion 1 , cut into 8 pieces
  Tomato 1 , cut into 8 pieces and remove pulp
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , cut into 1 square pieces
  Marinade 1
  Lebanese spice powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground roasted cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Bhuna Jeera)
  Garlic ginger paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley/Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (Degi Mirch)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl.
Add lamb pieces, mix well.
Place in the refrigerator for atleast 5-6 hours or overnight in the fridge.
Add onion, tomato and bell pepper.
Mix well.
Thread meat, onion, tomatoes and bell peppers onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
Oil the barbecue plate/rack.
Preheat barbecue to low medium heat.
Cook the skewers on the lightly oiled barbecue for 30-35 minutes, turning them 2 or 3 times.
Baste with melted butter or oil.
Cook till tender.
