Lemon Honey Chicken Kebabs With Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 15 Gram
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander sprigs 4 (For Garnish)
  Apricot jam 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Crushed black peppercorns 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Saffron rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Serving)
  Red peppers 2 , cut into 2 centimeter pieces
  Chicken breast fillets 4 , cut into 2 centimeter cubes
  Low fat natural yogurt 125 Milliliter
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Ground coriander 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt the butter in a medium frying pan over moderate heat, add honey, lemon juice, apricot jam, lemon rind and black peppercorns.
Thread chicken pieces and red pepper cubes alternately on short skewers and place kebabs in frying pan.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on all sides or until chicken is cooked.
To make the sauce : Combine yogurt with lemon juice, garlic, coriander and cumin.
