Ingredients
  Yoghurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Water 1 Quart
  Lemon peel strips 8
  Chili powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh mint/1/4 teaspoon dried mint 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker or in a mixing bowl. Shake well or beat with a wire whisk until well blended.
2. Adjust the seasonings according to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use in well-chilled cocktail glasses.
