Ingredients
  Sweet soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cumin 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Coriander 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken 10 Ounce, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Marinate chicken for 1 to 24 hours and BBQ on skewers.
Serve with peanut butter sauce.
This makes a great hors d'oeuvre as well as a main course.
