Beef And Pineapple Kabobs
|Boneless beef top sirloin steak/Beef top round steak||1 Pound, cut 1 inch thick|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Bottled teriyaki sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pineapple pieces||16 (Fresh, 1 Inch Cubes)|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Cut steak into 1/4 inch-thick strips.
For marinade, combine onion and teriyaki sauce in small bowl.
Add beef strips, stirring to coat.
Alternately thread beef strips (weaving back and forth), pineapple cubes and water chestnuts on bamboo or thin metal skewers.
Place kabobs on grid over medium coals.
Grill 4 minutes, turning once, or until meat is cooked through.
