Oriental Shrimp Pie
|Green onions||6 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces|
|Chicken chow mein||42 Ounce (1 Bi Pack)|
|Canned shrimp||9 Ounce, drained and deveined (2 Cans, 4 1/2 Ounce Each)|
|Frozen peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oriental seasoning/Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Refrigerated biscuits||6 (1 Package)|
Preheat oven to 425°.
In saucepan cook onion in butter till crisp-tender.
Drain vegetables from bi-pack.
Add to onion along with can of chow mein gravy, shrimp, peas, and Oriental Seasoning.
Heat to boiling.
Pour hot mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with biscuits.
Bake in 425° oven 10 to 12 minutes.
