Minced meat with peas is an Asian recipe made with some speical Pakistani spices.
300 Gram (Keema)
1 Small, chopped
1⁄2 , chopped
Red chili powder
1⁄4 Teaspoon (Turmeric)
Garlic ginger paste
2 Teaspoon (1 Heaped Teaspoon)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Heat oil and fry zeera and garam masala.
Add onion until sauted. Add spices and ginger-garlic paste.
Mix it well and add minced meat.
Add some water. Cook until meat changes its color and is cooked.
Now add tomatoes. Cover it for few minutes.
When kheema dries up add peas to it. Stir it to mix.
Add corinader and green chili.
Saute it a bit and serve.
