Seekh Kebab is a delicious snack food and side dish made with minced meat. Often served with salad and green coriander chutney.
300 Gram (Keema)
1⁄4 , chopped
Garlic ginger paste
Red chilli powder
Grind minced meat, onion, potatoes, green chilis, ginger-garlic, red chili, salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan, and fry sausage like kebabs until brown from all over.
Keep the kebabs on open fire to give that smoky taste and flavor.
Once done, sprinkle some lemon juice, serve them with some green chutney and some salad.
