Easy Chicken Biryani

Biryani or chicken biryani is a yummy combination of chicken and rice. It tastes good and makes complete meal.
  Chicken 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped, put in microwave for 1 minute
  Yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic ginger paste 1 Ounce (1 Heaped Tablespoon)
  Turmeric powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Haldi)
  Red chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon (1 Heaped Teaspoon, Dhaniya Powder)
  Garam masala pieces 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Zeera 1 Teaspoon
  Yellow food color 1 Pinch
  Saffron threads 4 (Zaffran)
  Basmati rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), soaked for half an hour
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1 Small, chopped
  Mint leaves 4
  Green chili 3
  Green chili pieces 4 (Few Pieces)
  Fried onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Handful Of)
  Lemon wedges 4
  Kewra essence 2 Drop (Few Drops Required)
  Food color 3 Drop, add to milk

Heat oil and add garam masala. NOw add water. Bring it to boil.
Add rice and half cook it.
Strain all the water from rice.
Heat oil, fry onions in it. Fry until they brown.
Add spices and ginger-garlic paste to it.
Add chicken and cook.
Mix tomatoes with yogurt.
Add yogurt to chicken. Mix it well.
Cover and cook it for 15 minutes.
When curry dries up, put garam masala.
Now assemble biryani, first layer of rice, some coloring, tomatoes,curry leaves, mint leaves, chicken.
Again put a layer of rice. Repeat entire layering until done.
Put some coriander, onion, chili and lemon on top and cover it with thin film.
Now microwave it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, stir it and microwave it for 3 minutes.
Let it stand for 10 minutes and serve.
