Pakistani Aloo Paratha

Aaloo paratha is an Pakistani dish made with boiled potatoes and stuffed in flour flat cakes. It is served hot and crispy.
Ingredients
  Potato 1 Large, boiled
  Onion 1⁄4
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Zeera 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Add some salt and water to flour and make a dough. Add water as you mix.
Peel a boil potato and mash it.
Add onion, red chili, zeera powder and coriander leaves.
Add some oil and lemon juice. Mix it well.
Take small balls of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin.
Place some mixture on a flat cake and place the other one over it.
Roll it properly to join it edges.
Heat a pan and put the paratha over it. Flip it and cook from both sides.
Serve it with raita.
