Mushroom Kabobs

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce (1 Inch Diameter)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Green peppers 2 Medium, cut in 1 inch squares
Directions

Remove mushroom stems.
(Save for casseroles.) Place butter in custard cup.
MICROWAVE on HIGH until butter melts.
Dip mushrooms in butter.
Place on wooden pick between two pieces of green pepper.
Arrange on paper towel-lined plate.
MICROWAVE 1 MINUTE, 30 SECONDS to 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until hot.
