Oriental Tuna

Ingredients
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Canned bamboo shoots 8 Ounce, sliced drained (1 Can)
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon granules 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned tuna 13 Ounce, drained (Water Packed, 2 Cans Of 6.5 Ounce Each)
  Tomato 1 , cut into wedges
  Brown rice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), cooked
  Soy sauce 5 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Saute onions, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms until tender-crisp.
2. Add peas.
3. Combine water, bouillon granules, cornstarch, garlic powder, and celery seeds.
4. Add to vegetables. Simmer 3 minutes or until thickened.
5. Stir in tuna and tomato wedges. Heat through.
