Hot Oriental Salad

Ingredients
  Torn lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Torn spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut into wedges
  Chopped green pepper 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Italian salad dressing mix 3⁄5 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Canned chop suey vegetables 16 Ounce, drained
Directions

In large salad bowl combine lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, green pepper, radishes, and green onion.
In saucepan combine salad oil, vinegar, dry dressing mix, sugar, and soy sauce.
Stir in chop suey vegetables.
Heat to boiling; pour over salad mixture.
Toss gently to coat.
