Lime Sherbet

This Lime Sherbet is a wonderful cooler during the warm summer months. Pour over some crushed ice or chill it for some extra effect ! Do try this citrus quencher out and let me know if you've enjoyed it !Your suggestions for this Lime Sherbet are welcome !
  Sour lime 1
  Salt 1 Dash
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Mint 1 Tablespoon

To two glasses of cold water, add the juice of one lime.
Add sugar and a dash of salt and serve with ice.
Put a sprig of mint in each glass to impart a cool flavor.
Variation: Instead of sugar, put one teaspoon of honey and one tablet of sweetener to each glass of sherbet.
Lemon and honey are very good for health.
If you have a tin of cherries at hand, put a cherry in each glass.
