Oriental Meatballs In Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Canned water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained and finely chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Canned chunk pineapple 20 Ounce, undrained
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), packed
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In large mixing bowl, combine beef, pork, water chestnuts, green pepper, onions, salt, soy sauce and pineapple juice; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
Arrange in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 9 to 13 minutes until meats are thoroughly cooked; rearrange after 6 minutes.
Drain meatballs and set aside.
Drain pineapple, reserving liquid.
In 4 cup glass measure, combine reserved pineapple juice, beef bouillon, brown sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce vinegar and water.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 4 to 5 minutes, until mixture thickens; stir after 2 minutes.
Add pineapple.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
